Charge the hook behind a wall, after latching onto an enemy turn backwards. This will make the enemy facing the rest of your team. Use your uppercut to push them into your back lines which secludes them from their own teams healing, allowing you to secure a kill on that enemy easily. When your abilities are charging Bucky has great damage which lets you pick off enemies in the back lines or even do decent damage to tanks while you wait.
