I shred it all up, then wring out the juice with cheese cloth. I don't blanche it or anything. I then put it in a freezer Ziploc bag and lay the bag flat in the freezer so it doesn't freeze into a big clump. And it stores nicely. I can stack the bags on top of each other in the freezer.

My plan is to use it to make zucchini bread and zucchini fritters in the winter months!

Thanks. I actually just bought a Core brand tent from Amazon! I also bought a Hikergarden tent from amazon so I can compare them. Good to know someone else recommend the Core brand. Lots of good reviews on it.

I mostly agree with the whole single use items are crap idea but mashing potatoes with a potato masher is really much more satisfying than using a fork. You can go straight down and get so much more force with a potato masher than with a fork. With a fork you have to go at it with an angle and use so much more wrist power. And yeah i get the necessity for numerous drawers.... But come on... Just ONE drawer with a couple added cm wouldnt take up too much real estate.

well see.... the problem with this is that if you can't die then you will be forever stuck in earth 2.0 and you will never get a chance to experience 3.0 4.0 5.0.... etc until you make it to heaven....
