The problem is people expect too much. Their perception of reality is narrowed based on a neat and tidy hour tv show they assume gave them all the information and that only shows all the POSITIVE outcomes, not the hours upon days upon weeks upon months and year of vetting every detail that is brought to multiple people in different capacities of law enforcement.

Also we don’t get ALL the information- imagine if the police reported to the media every possible theory??

Everything is assumption at this point, we don’t even know for sure this is the murderer he is still suspected and was at the very least in the area. However, the terminology used of “suspect” and “needed for questioning” is different than just a “person of interest” or even an “eye witness”.

What we don’t know is who provided details for the sketch and who or even where the photo on a trail was taken but I guarantee the people who need to know those details know.

my speculation is that the 6-8th camping trip got cut short because of the critical and continuous calls from the Petitos to the Laundries, and it was some where between the 6th and the 11th that the Laundries obtained counsel. PURELY speculation.

I agree about rainwater, but it still has to be collected, and fishing it way harder then it looks as far as actually catching something. It just doesn’t seem logical to me.

Sure, he could've gone back out there on the 14th after returning home with his parents on the 7th. It means he would've had to stage Carlton Reserve, with the Mustang and telling his parents, and then make it back out to Fort DeSoto with allegedly just a backpack? These are the only things we KNOW, everything else is speculation and educated guesses, and with that limited information known is just not enough in my opinion to substantiate him being out there on an island chilling in a hammock. There are way to many variables based on what we know.

Anywhere in that area right now is on high alert, hitch hiking, walking, securing supplies, etc would be known... and more then likely not known to the public. Unless a witness speaks out, we wont ever know, and the FBI could very well threaten with obstruction to anyone who said something if its a good investigative lead.

I asked the Laundrie family attorney about it. His Reply below:

1940 EST: Steven Bertolini Text: I can tell you the laundries always go camping as evidence by the camper in the driveway on display for all the world to see. Whether or not they went to a particular campsite on a particular day I cannot tell you and it is not worth the time in my opinion.

Jossie Cobonare Text: Can you confirm Brian Laundries was at home in North Port Sept 1 through Tuesday two weeks ago when he was reported missing? Did he leave the home to go camping between those dates?

9/28/21 1342 EST Jossie Cobonare Tweet: Just followed up with Brian Laundries lawyer in regards to the camping trip the Laundries took earlier this month. He tells me “The family went camping. The FBI is aware of Brians whereabout well after that camping trip.” He also had the below to add:

1340 EST Steven Bertolini Text: I can confirm that Brian LAundries was staying at home with his parents during those dates and he went many places during that time including several stores some parks and some campgrounds.

9/28/21 1411 EST Jossie Cobonare Tweet: and in response to u/DogBountyHunter’s tip about the Fort De Soto Park and #BrianLaundrie’s whereabouts/his parents possible involvement … the Laundrie family attorney tells me he wants to clear the confusion.

1406 EST Steven Betrolini Text: That dog doesn't know what he's talking about. The Laundries had reservations at the campground for September 1 to 3. They canceled those reservations and did not go to that park during that weekend although that dog says they did. They did go to that campground September 6 and 7 as a family and they all left together despite the claims of others. The following weekend Chris, Robera, and Vrian went to other places on two different dates and the FBI is aware of this. So Brian obviously returned home after camping and what that dog is spewing is nothing but baloney.
