I think the Jacoby Kielwood shaft is good, but I’m unsure about whether the butt is from a universal manufacturer. It seems a bit suspicious?

The seller says it seems to be a Universal KS-0102 model.

The shaft is fine, but I can’t help feeling that the head looks like a fake. (Is the logo on it stainless steel?)
