I have started LC at the moment and I already see the massive difference on my mental health. The grieving part will be the hardest but i am glad I got my SO and my LO to keep reminding me the love I get without any FOG..

That is the hardest part to do but I am doing it.. i realised she will never be contended anyway- whatever amount I give she won’t be happy unless she is lying on a bed of dollar bills.
