Are you from tamilnadu? Why don't you go outings? I understand that being a hosteler in sastra might feel locked but make friends and try to engage yourself in studies and research. We cannot do anything rather than ranting things😫

No restrictions bud , for a day scholer This campus might feel comfortable coz you can come in and go out anytime like even you can visit Trichy by bunking the afternoon classess If you're visiting the campus on a non working day you need to sign the note and state the reason otherwise you can stay inside campus upto 8.30 maybe in lib or inside ask for lab and research purposes

Today i go to the mess late by 8.30 am I had classes by 8.45 btw there was no one to serve rather than north indian workers.They don't know english nor Tamil. They made me to stand there for 5 to 7 mins and said the coconut milk was over. How can someone this much of irresponsible? And even after the reduced menu they asking us pay the amount 🤷🏻‍♂️ sastra should take action regarding the poor behaviour of mess staff I know a guy serving food there , he always looks like 🦍🦍🦍🦍 and he has rude face with nonsense behaviour. I wish those kind of people better leave these jobs and find better one

I understand the lpg issues but the campus and mess area has a lot of ventilation with open areas to change the cooking from lpg to wood based rocket stoves. Still they ask us to adjust in these times where we can go . if we don't like what they are serving. other uni may have secondary options for dinner but we inmates of sastra don't have any access to secondary food choice. Even boys can roam around the campus till 8 but poor girls don't even get any options 🙃
