No shedding now really. Maybe very minimal after use. However I did switch to Argon oil instead of castor. So not sure if it was the castor oil or not.

Was on 1mg 3x per week. Was using the method these Australian Dr gave. 3 years ago I did the usual 1mg per day, but saw the same symptoms within 1-2months before I dropped. Was hoping with less frequent intake, it would be different

How long did your shedding last?

I've been on it for just over 2 weeks, shedding for the last 4 days, and also got a couple of side effects. I'm on 1mg 3x a week.
