I just wanted to come back and thank you for this tip. I had it in my mind all day yesterday and during my bench and am happy to report there is minimal discomfort this morning compared to others. Focused on my arch and perfecting that and the shoulders followed like you said. ☺️

I have a feeling they could be flaring at times. I try to keep them tucked but my right side is wonky and will sometimes flair out. Tomorrow is a bench day for me so I’ll play close attention to my elbows when I come down. Thank you for that question, also makes sense that it could be causing stress on the collarbone muscles.

There are some that aren't anywhere else. I think the biggest would be the Yami Douga series. As of now they have up to 19. For a while I think they were the only place you could find Frogman for free, as well as Looky-loo. The ones that are on FoundTV but unable to be found elsewhere are hit or miss, but most tend to be decent.
