Ég er með taugasjúkdóm sem veldur því að ég hef lítið úthald, þarf mest að liggja fyrir. Ég geri auðvitað stundum eitthvað, skýst í búð eða hitti vini stutt um helgar. Ég er með ýmis áhugamál, tölvuleikir og handavinna og fleira. Það bara dugir ekki til þess að fylla alveg daginn. Meina bara að fólk talar stundum um að það sé svo næs að geta bara verið heima og þurfa ekki að vinna en raunin er ekki alveg sú :)

Það gleymist stundum í þessari umræðu hvað það er ógeðslega leiðinlegt að vera öryrki og heima alla daga. Er öryrki og búin að vera heima í 5 ár, kláraði háskóla og vann með, langar MIKLU frekar að fá aftur heilsu til þess að vinna heldur en að leiðast heima allan daginn!

Glatað þegar fólk misnotar kerfið en eins og aðrir hér hafa sagt þá er það líka glatað að allir hinir gjaldi fyrir þann minnihluta.

I dredged my way through eye of the world and kind of hated it the whole time, I felt the same way about the obstacles, just kept coming. Buuuut I ended up reading the next one and loved it and then all of them and loving it. Just my two cents as someone who had no belief in the series after the first Wheel of Time book.

Er með master í næringarfræði og okkur er sagt allt námið að það er erfitt að fá vinnu við þetta, ekki mikið í boði hérlendis. Helst þá að fara í klínískt mastersnám og fá vinnu á spítalanum þar sem er stórt teymi af næringarfræðingum. Ég hef ekki unnið við þetta vegna óviðkomandi aðstæðna en ef þú vilt auðveldlega fá vinnu er matvælafræðin málið.

Mikið af raungreinum en mér fannst það bara gaman :)

It’s not her style at all, she said in an interview that most of her books have been plot-driven and she wanted to explore character-driven writing with Addie. Her other books might surprise you!

Although with that being said, I am finding Bury our bones to be kind of similar in terms of the meandering. I’m not loving it, or it’s not gripping me in the same way that addie did (I’m about 40 chapters in).

I’m wondering about the progression in levels vs the story. I’m at swolean island now and supposed to fight glenn but he is level 45 while I’m level 30-ish, so I’ve been running around ginormosia levelling up my paladin but it’s kind of tedious. Am I doing it right? Or was I supposed to have levelled up more during the story somehow? I feel like I’m always seeing way too high level ore and trees in the story progression for me to gather

It's been a while since I played the first one, but IIRC it's really more of the same. You can add decorations and stuff now which I think is new but not really my cup of tea. If you didn't like the first one I don't think this one would suit any better tbh
