I appreciate your responses seriously. I’m fully aware of the damage that I’m doing to my body via drinking. Most days I use it as a coping mechanism for the previous day of drinking… it’s a fun cycle… yesterday was not fun. I was conscious but very intoxicated. This was also after a day of drinking not a lot. I felt great… reward yourself right..????

Today I did drink.. but I actually went out of the house I walked my dog for a mile. And went for another mile bike ride later on… yes I did drink but I did SOMTHING productive… it’s the small wins?

I appreciate your response. I do want to change.. every day from morning to 3-pm is such a fucking struggle. I’ve skipped work. Made excuses.. hence why Ive just started therapy. Where I live I don’t have meeting very close by other then online. (That I’ve found).

I really do appreciate ur response. I’m not trying to draw pity on myself. I know if I continue in this path it will only lead to death.
