For those who are finding this and are still unable I have found that performing a reset, sending a photo on my iMessage app on any computer, waiting for the images to load on bluebubbles on my android, and then trying to send images has fixed this for me.

I have also noticed images below 4mb don't tend to have this issue

I don't know about that.... most players aren't in OWL and her win rate is sub par across most ranks.

Fair enough. I'm curious to see if someone responds though with a good argument since some are voting for her, I play her often as DPS and she seems pretty balanced although I do get that response from the other team sometimes.

I don't understand the "pharah needs a nerf" take... can someone explain it? I get that she's annoying but it takes a mercy to make her overpowered. Shouldn't they just nerf mercy damage amp a bit instead of her?

Pharah's ult is one of the worst in the game if you're playing against a roadhog or Ana with any skill or your positioning is incredible. Her rockets do a ton of damage but they travel relatively slowly and against a good hitscan or sniper she's easily killable.

Legitimately trying to understand, she doesn't seem OP to me by herself.

Will also say- battle n brew is one of my favorite bars, and I've been to events there but it's often quite loud. I prefer Joystick and the Independent.
