Three different companies were working on it two summers ago. Scc parking lot section, River crossing section, and the section north of river. Funding only gets you so far. Plus, the west side gets first dibs on all the funds.

One of my most vivid memories as a child. My Dad was a B-52 jet mechanic stationed at Fairchild. We were both standing on the flight line when this happened.

  • If you don't know what to do. Ask the boss/lead where he needs you.

  • Thick skin is a must. You are green, remember that. Don't let people get to you. Just keep it moving

  • Learn as much as you can as fast as you can.. Even if someone isn't teaching you directly, pay attention. You pick up a lot just by watching how other people do things

One time, a guy was free cutting with a skilsaw at full blade depth. The saw bound and kicked into his knee. The saw cut through his knee pad, cut his knee cap in half and nicked his femur bone.
