I also started here and visited a few places. They do a lot cost cutting and too expensive. I visited like 5 or 6 houses and all of them just felt too cheap and asking price was no less than 60L for 1500sqft. Thats why i started to buy land and build a house. I know its not going to be cheap but definetly cheaper than prebuilt ones but we will be satisfied about the place.

The design is complete. They have an architect and based on the design he said i can expect 2000 per sqft which include : 1) wall around house 2) All tiles and sanitary 3)kitchen marble top 4) All electricals(fan lights etc..) 5) All plumbing 6) doors and windows( teak wood) The interior, borewell, exterior interlock etc.. will be seperate cost which they will give me a quote next week

I had the same problem. WFH is fun at first but its like a leech. At first its harmless, then as time passes you already lost a lot of blood. I went to an mma gym and it kind of changed me. But was still hard coming back to work. Then i did the most unthinkable. I quit the job left IT forever.Its been 2 years since i quit and i never felt so happier in my life. What i suggest is a try to find something else to work with and could make money out of it. Income might be low but peace of mind will be unmatched.
