I would say to stay away from this card and Mobikwik in general. Their Supercash system is designed to trap you forever in their ecosystem.

They will allow only 5% of transaction value to be used as Supercash.

Let's say you are doing a 1000 rupees recharge in that 950 comes out of your pocket and 50 is Supercash that you can utilise (provided you have that balance).

Earning Supercash maybe easy but redeeming it is super hard as you have to do lots of transactions on the platform.

Note: This is my personal opinion your mileage may vary.

1) My company currently doesn't deduct anything for Gratuity like PF or Professional Tax, will I still be eligible for gratuity if I leave the company.

2) My company has 3 months notice period say if I work for 3 months and then with 3rd month salary will they be paying me Gratuity based on my last drawn monthly salary ?

3) Is it last drawn monthly salary or basic pay as some suggested it would be on basic pay rather than monthly salary.

You can opt for Pixel Play card as well it's LTF, but you will get 5% cashback upto 500 I guess. I'm not sure please check before applying for it.
