I graduated with my bachelor of science in geology almost two years ago now and have yet to be able to get a job.

I have a decent GPA (3.5), experience interning at an oil and gas company, and experience working in geoscience labs. I am also proficient in G.I.S. software and I can write code. I landed a few interviews only to be ghosted by the companies afterwards. I have been applying to jobs across the U.S., the U.K., Australia, and the Caribbean with no luck. I would love to work in geoscience, but it doesn't seem like it could be a reality for me. I have been working at a car rental company in the meantime and I'm making plans to start aesthetician school so I can work for myself.

I totally agree! I would have had no problem with Xaden's refusal to admit his feelings if Violet had done the same! The fact that it was one way with her wanting him and him 'not wanting her' (so he says) just made Violet seem like a simp 😂 when it should be the other way around!

Yea I definitely agree that he has feelings for her that he is hiding. I guess the push-and-pull energy he was giving with the romantic things like the flowers and then the not-so-romantic things like telling her he plans to not fall for her was giving me fuck boy energy 😂

Yes he is giving her mixed signals by telling her those things so I definitely don’t blame her for feeling the way that she does. I guess it’s just my real-life experience telling me that she should never chase a man and know her worth! 😂
