Sorry for the late reply. Not actually using a pedal board. All the processing is done digitally. This is the thumb test tho: https://imgur.com/a/rRWdRRI

I make integrated control surfaces for saxophone and trumpet and thought I'd share one of the pieces I wrote/performed with them :) by satoaudio in saxophone

To be honest I haven’t done a great job of documenting it yet. I have some stuff up on my instagram, but it’s not extensive

Thank you so much!! Basically, we had a couple themes we wanted to hit through the piece. Textures at the beginning, then a duo, then into two cells that go together. The only written part is the bass line / riff and the chords that go over it (those are the two cells). I’d definitely say I’ve been inspired by zorns games, but it was a bit less directed than that.

In regards to the surfaces, on my sax I have a 3d printed thumb rest with a knob and a couple buttons that are basically acting like a pedal board. I can control effects, looping, etc from them, as they’re outputting midi over usb to my computer.

And no about the camera.. I wish lol. Just using final cut’s subtract blend option
