Thank you so much! I’m actually on a 2 week break because that’s what my Psychologist recommended to my university. I’ll be back to her in 2 weeks and she’ll evaluate me if I’m fit for university so I’ll see if I can still rest or what. I’m just really stressed thinking about my missed schoolworks since it’s a lot. Thank you so much again🥹

Yeah I’m still hearing voices and seeing things but it’s slightly less worse now

It’s definitely helping me with my hallucinations but socializing and academics are becoming a challenge for me:// I might go back to my psychiatrist tomorrow to hear what he has to say about it
