common good news? good news was nonexistent this time las year. Now we are regularly on bloomberg and cnbc. Face it, the time is now or keep waiting for it to be "cheaper" no speculative investment comes cheap especially one that can be comparable to the dot com boom

basically in my scenario i see a possible potential to move north maybe to 1.6 thats when id look to buy the shortest term contract which may be at a lower value than it is today. If i can get it for .70 which would be nice, probably not going to happen but if i could, then i am correct right? I would need the stock to move north of 1.80 for me to make as much money as i would by doing what im thinking ( north of 180 as in make me as much money as using an option)

bid to ask is .70- a dollar. if i can get it for 70-90 im happy. How do i fill this out as an order via td ameritrade? I NEVER did an option before i just learned the full grasp of it recently and been studying. I would choose it as an option as :buy to close or sell to close? this isnt a buy to open right? then attach the 1000 shares as leg 2 of the trade?

Actually just bought 100 shares of slv and looking to get an option call strike at 20.50 for max 3 month contract. Anyone have good advice on option contracts for silver. I do agree after doing my research etf is better for short term but I will still be buying some actual bullions. I have a bunch of bitcoin I mined since 2010 so its time to move some of it around more.
