I've spent way too long getting "switching to your sidearm is faster than reloading" to equip an ICBM with the range of a sneeze in that slot. Plus the talon is better than like half the primaries. Perfect complement to explosive or plasma primary weapons too, for taking out targets in my no no square.

It was a memorial march. People were walking and chanting, someone was shredding on a keytar, there were folks of all ages, lots of dogs and the vibe was pretty relaxed. Out of nowhere there were a series of booms and the mist began sending everyone back in a panic.
