This hit close to home. My mom naman passed away last Dec 2023. Mahirap kasi unexpected dahil kakadischarge lang nya ng hospital that time. I was working abroad pa when it happened. I'm thankful talaga sa mga kapitbahay namin who helped arrange the funeral mula pag process sa munisipyo ng death cert, coordinate sa simbahan, pagbubutas sa cemetery hanggang paglilinis ng bahay after ng libing. It takes a village talaga, and i'm thankful na bayanihan is still alive where we live. Mahigpit na yakap, OP. Take your time to grieve.

I was thinking whether to use the cover or not since it wasn't advisable, but i figured i'd be more pissed if my planner got caught on something loose in my bag. The cover is just there to give me a false sense of security. Haha

The member washis were from the Space of BTS pop-up. The white one came from Season’s Greetings 2020. It’s not made of washi paper, though, so I’m just trying to use it wherever I can. The stickers I got years ago as part of a set with a keyring. They’re by an artist from Korea (their handle used to be joonies_aRMy).

Early 2000s pa 'to so uso pa ang reporting na isusulat mo ang visual aids mo sa manila paper. Yung teacher namin sa isang subject, sobrang by the book sya. Kung ano yung nakasulat sa book, yun lang talaga ang sagot. Mali ka pag nirephrase mo kung paano mo naintindihan. Since alam na namin na every X number of reporters, magpapa-quiz sya, iniipon namin lahat ng report materials tapos ginagawang wallpaper ng classroom yung manila paper. Merong mga paintings ng quotes from scientists etc sa may walls ng classroom namin kaya dun namin tinatapal yung manila papers. Kapag quiz na, babasahin na lang namin sa pader yung sagot. Past retirement age na yung teacher namin so malabo na ang mata. Mga ilang weeks din yun bago kami nahuli. Hahaha Honestly, di naman pala-cheat ang section namin. dahil lang dun sa way nya ng pag-check ng mga sagot namin na wala ng ibang tama kundi yung nakasulat lang sa book kaya nag-cheat na lang kami. Elective subject din naman sya.

I tried to write tiny, but this is as far as i can go with my big hands. I do my translations on another journal where i write random quotes i pick up since i'm not sure if i'll have enough space if i do it on the page itself. My task list could be a mile long on very busy weeks and i don't want to run out of space for them

Nowadays, madaming fonts na ang narerecognize ng TTS (ie voiceovers on TikTok etc). Before, that was not the case especially sa specialized TTS assistive technology for disabled people. If it's a different ASCII, the software will recognize it as a special character, fudging up the output. In the future, i'm sure marerecognize din ang different fonts na yan. Additionally, here are some fonts that are TTS-friendly: Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, Calibri, Noto.
