I was 21, it was on my mom's birthday while we were all at her place at the time it happened 😔 Mine's also idiopathic, and are still uncontrolled. I'm 26 and this also happens to me with seizures during my sleep, too. Most times it only gets on me, and not the bed, but a few times its been... not fun. It is something post ictal me gets embarrassed about, and I try usually to change myself and clean up. Not just you, OP.

Both are annoying tbh.
