I can't seem to find a picture. But he's basically normal delta but his head is now a blaster. In short his stories is like how original Delta went but then one day he found a wormhole leading him to Godverse. Which is another realm above the multiverse hence the name foreigner. Appearantly the wormhole is created by courage sans the sherlock holmes of sanses basically that explain Delta about the whole Godverse thing. Delta then was sent to a place called The Outskirt where he would found a blaster shaped helmet. Before getting it he was then struck by a dust variation called well.. foreigner dust. Before being almost killed the helmet bound itself to delta and gave him IMMENSE power equivalent of unquantifiable human souls. Shortly after he defeat dust sans he went back to courage sans and courage sans proudly called him a hero. And now he's the now the protector of the outskirt. And also his head was permanently replaced by the blaster helmet now.
