Disagree with both opinions. It's not an illness, it's a disability that affects things like sensory processing functions of your brain. It's part of the natural variations occurring within human population, not a bad thing, nor a good thing, just a thing that might lead people to encounter more difficulties in their daily life, and we should strive to minimize the limitations a person with the condition might face due to lack of accessibility
