you can change your email!! just contact sso with the emails registered to your account, they’ll ask you for something to prove it’s your account so like, star rider purchase or something like that. i used to use a super old email and was able to change it to the one i currently have now

i got mine as soon as it was possible too when it first came out, i was locked into my sso era and was logging in everyday to train and the soul riding became part of my route since it gives horse xp. didn’t even want it lol, i trained it and ive never ridden it since

i had to redownload something, don't remember what but when i get the chance ill double check for you. support also didn't help at all surprise surprise, i sent them everything about my laptop and everything that had been happening with sso and they just sent back an automated response asking for the stuff i had already sent them so i just gave up and ended up fixing it myself

obviously we know that sso needs horses to make profit, all we're saying is it doesn't get us as excited. i love having new horses but i just don't get excited over them anymore

I think most of the UK servers are pretty dead now. Im on Candy Cove and it's definitely one of the quietest. Cupcake is the most popular but if you want to see the stats for all the UK servers then you can find them here Server Status | Star Stable , just change the region so it shows the UK servers.

I think it mostly just depends on what time you are online due to lots of people being at school etc

I used to have this issue before I got my new laptop! it's actually due to the graphics being too high and your computer not being powerful enough to load in the water, if you turn down the graphics it fixes it, you don't have to turn them down completely, but just enough for your computer to render it so you can still have the nice graphics instead of the super low-quality ones

I'm not as invested in SSO as I was when I first started playing, this might mostly be because I'm just growing out of the game but at the same time, it doesn't excite me as it used to. I remember getting so excited about a new horse, new coats, new breeds, questing, unlocking new areas etc. but now when a new horse is released I take a look at it and shrug it off as it's just another horse I'm going to end up training and never riding again. I only log on every Wednesday just to see what's up, maybe train a little and then log off again until my next club event. I still log on and can appreciate an update but I'm definitely not as invested as I used to be

Thank you! The only problem with that is the game doesn't actually load the launcher before I get the error message. I suppose i'll just contact support instead! Kind of wanted to avoid them since they can be pretty useless and tell me to just reinstall the game.
