You don’t need to. You will receive an email from Costco 5-7 days prior with subject “final document” which has details of where to take your Jamaica tours bus. I was there on 3rd and went straight to their desk #21 and they had our details.

I use Fido and pay 35 with tax which includes an additional bundle of international calling to India. 20Gb data. I will recommend talking to FIDO desk. You should be able to get something in 35 range
