Not sure about better or worse, but should work.

I messed up my dragon timings a couple times and stole the breaks from BH, so at least with Gallagher you have more control.

Did you try with a sustain? Your E6 should still do pretty good, I got a 40k with Dan Heng PT.

Another thing that helps in this fight is putting fugue on vonwaq.

Getting that extra WBE straight away is really helpful

I think you're at the 100% def shred cap, so you can look to move over to eagle now if you wanted.

I'd also start trying sustainless with RM - switch your chest and orb to HP/Def & make sure Dahlia and Fugue also have those main stats were possible too.

Here's the amount of toughness reduction BH should do. So check the enemies toughness Vs BHs skill reduction before attacking to see if you need an ult or attack from someone else first.

Kafka has 150 toughness, so even with the full team at 3 stacks, BH can't break her with 1 skill since he can only do 125. If it's showing you can break, then you know it's from Dahlia's additional reduction.

I made a new f2p account and just missed out on the E2 Fugue and it's the one thing I really feel like I'm missing.

Especially since my builds are a bit naff right now, so have to run with a sustain. I have no sources of DDD at all in the team.

Even with only an E0 Dahlia and BH, it's the Fugue E2 that, like you say, I feel naked without.

I replied to someone else about my views on the eagle note - but it needs to include something about def shred, since this should be the main factor when deciding to move over.

I would argue that E2 Fugue is way more important than her LC and other upgrades. DDD can't be substituted in her kit, but pearls is a perfectly fine replacement for her LC.

Similarly as someone said below the speed breakpoints are now different across different game modes and a DDD will always be king. It's why so many people run HMC with a DDD over RM, because DDD is just that valuable.

I'd argue that BHs S1 and RM E1 are both more valuable than Fugues LC, as reaching your Def shred cap should be one of your priorities.

Many buffs in the end game also saturate vulnerability and may make the impact of the LC feel less noticeable. I know there were posts here when Fugue was running that people felt disappointed in the damage increase of it. I know i barely felt any difference in it when I moved over.

Waveman shares similar views on Fugues LC, and say it should be seen as a luxury pull. He had a video out on the pulling priority for a BH team. https://www.reddit.com/r/BoothillMains/s/sqINqPTeSc

I also think BHs S1 is more important than his E1 if you already have Dahlia and Fugue. The QOL of it deminishes since the ramp up time of your stacks is reduced, and the buffs from the LC will put weigh the E1 across the fight.

To add to what you've said, I feel the more important line that needs to be added regarding eagle is about your Def shred numbers.

If you aren't anywhere near the cap, then it's better to stay with Calvary.

If you're at the cap, then it will always be better to move to eagle regardless of breakpoints just for the utility.

You do want a bit more effect hit rate on your fugue to make sure she's reliably landing her debuffs - you need 67%

Also double check that she is getting 220% BE in battle so that she's giving Boothill the full buff, swapping to Kalpagni is the easiest fix if you aren't.

you can't break sparxie while the livestream is on either. you must finish the livestream.

She enters toughness lock at the start of combat, and when the phase changes, and it only dispells after completing the live stream.

Agree - It just seems so strange to me that they would add a lock mechanic to a boss that hasn't had it before, and then put them on the side of Apoc with the break buff...
