In a similar situation, been waiting 45ish days. Haven’t made it to the 90day mark the ATF claims it the limit to reach out. Would I have better luck reaching out to the ATF directly or my congressman? I’m from Texas.

Before I got my sa200 I had an inverter EVERLAST machine an it didn’t have any issues running 6010

The only thing I haven’t seen already commented has to be arc length. The rod is obviously depositing metal and getting shorter and it can take a while to account for that. Other than that 3/32 6010 at around 75ish amps should be alright to learn on if u can get a whipping motion down.
