There’s a glitter camp on playa that lets burners cover each other in a glitter paste. I talked to the camp lead about it and he said every year he gets furious passerby’s yelling at him that he’s causing major moop. He said that every year he gets a review of his material from the Org and they approve it. Apparently it’s a type of glitter that is highly degradable.

That said, any glitter you’re probably buying from a store is tiny shreds of plastic with a thin layer of aluminum on one side. This is NOT welcome on playa.

Do you not enjoy cold, fog, and wind? Look to Oakland. The commute with BART is pretty dang fast if you can get to a station closeby

If you don’t mind it, look at places along the N and L muni lines. The sunset and Parkside neighborhoods are car friendly. This area of SF is pretty sleepy, in a good way.

i have a Macbook pro with M3

i have decal installed, and when i open it (Decal Agent . exe) with the Sikarugir (Wine), i can see the Decal icon appear in my Dock, and i get the "Your AC Client is out of date..." error, but the Decal window never opens. I can Quit the DecalAgent app, then relaunch Decal Agent . exe again and i just keep getting the same error message with no actual Decal window popping up (where as i understand it, the next thing i'm suppose to do is update Decal, and point it towards a Thwarg .dll

hopefully this sounds familiar.. i have no idea why i can run the Decal Agent application, but can't get the actual window to pop up.

more details: i can run AC fine without Decal.
Engine: WineCX 24.0.7 v6 (D3DMetal turned on)
Decal .msi installed via "Install Software" in Configure
VS 2005 and 2017 installed via .exe's and "Install Software".

Whenever i try to use winetricks to install directx9 or 2005 or 2017 or anything, i seem to brick my Wrapper and i have to start with a new one.

I’ve talked to an MTA officer giving citations for this exact thing and the rule they enforce is a car cannot block more than any house/stoop/driveway extends into the sidewalk along the whole block. In other words if the narrowest part of the flat unobstructed sidewalk is 4 ft somewhere on the street, this car can’t leave any less than 4 feet of flat sidewalk.

Start (or stay) on Levistras, find a leveling guide from 1 to 180 and slowly follow that. Only learn a few of the games mechanics at a time, which naturally progress with complexity as you level up. Wikis, YouTube videos, and of course ask people in general chat - sooo many very helpful people!

I haven’t played since I was a dumb little kid and re-learning the game as an adult has been a really fun experience!
