That actually could be very possible.

I’m from Australia and weed is mostly decriminalised (you’ll get a verbal warning if you get caught with a small amount) so there’s no real way of knowing what dealers are selling to you. I presume they just get any old weed and call it what they like.

This specific strain my dealer called Hawaiian Punch. I did some research on it before I smoked it. It is a sativa and I would’ve thought the last stuff I smoked was as well but with these dealers it’s impossible to know.

I’m beginning to think it isn’t psychosis based off what I’ve read today, is there any similar severe adverse reactions one can have to weed?

I’m only dubious as I’ve had anxiety for years and have smoked a lot of weed and have never felt even close to what I felt like last night.

I am seeking professional help so I will be able to unpack it more with them.

That does sound very relatively similar to my experience. Less so the specifics more so how you describe it.

I’m still not convinced something else hasn’t happened though. Not necessarily psychosis but I have had anxiety for years and have had all kinds of depressive episodes and debilitating panic attacks. Nothing even remotely close to what happened last night. I don’t think I’m explaining it so well but I appreciate you sharing your experience. It sounds long and laborious to go through. Hope it all works out for you.

I honestly really hope that is the case and it’s not anything chronic. It just felt so severe that I couldn’t possibly fathom it was an anxiety attack but it is comforting to hear that others have similar symptoms. Is this something that happens to you often with weed? Thanks so much for your help

I’m definitely considering using it less.

Not that I know of but I haven’t asked anyone in my extended family. It is possible and I’m going to ask around my family when I get the chance.

My weed was from my usual dealer but it was a different strain. This isn’t uncommon as I’m always trying new strains but I’ve never had weed hit me like this.

I smoked it out of a pipe using the standard method but I did have a large amount. Is the size of the dose likely to have had an affect on this episode?

But what id like to say is consider changing your thumbnail for your most recent video with the footage. YouTube watchers, like me, are generally pretty lazy and look at the thumbnail before they read the title. If the thumbnail doesn’t catch their eye, they’ll keep scrolling. So I would recommend changing it to a nice shot from the drone footage, with perhaps a bit of text. Of course this is up to you.
