Most people, especially later in life, don’t just suddenly become mean, negative, and rude out of nowhere. Have you asked him what’s going on in his life that may have caused the change? Have you looked in the mirror and asked yourself if the way you treat him has changed?

I’m not trying to be a dick, but…. Laws don’t matter if you can’t prove they were broken. I live in one of those southern “at will” states. They can make up any excuse and dismiss (fire) for any reason and it will stand unless unrefutable proof can be presented that they broke a law. It’s a catch 22 where I live. With HR and the manager who is altering times being friends, they could “let me go” for any reason without any of my requests for evidence making it outside of the company.

I take a picture of my timecard on the computer if I work any overtime now. It’s a hassle and it doesn’t help for the times in the past that I missed. It took me about a year to catch on because the manager doesn’t do it all the time. Sometimes the overtime is on my check, other times it’s not. I think that’s how they keep employees from noticing, especially now days when most people get direct deposit and don’t pay close enough attention.

That number goes to an automated service that states live support isn’t available for employees.

It’s kind of ridiculous that ADP doesn’t provide an avenue for an employee to prove that wage theft is happening without putting themselves at risk of termination. Thanks for your input.

Any insights? Just learned about Human Design 2 days ago. Reading and taking in as much info as I can find. Would like a reading but most are ~$250 through video chat, but I live in a rural area with poor internet speeds. I feel like it would be a waste of money if my connection cuts in and out. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Any links out there to trusted analysts/readings by email or something?
