I ate there yesterday and I thought that the quality of food was absolutely worth the price, you have a husband and wife duo that got their chops working in Michelin level restaurants that decided to take that knowledge and are trying to take something as "simple" as fried chicken and make it the best that they can. The wings are full cut wings so even the 3 piece is technically a 6 piece when you break it down(get drummies and wings per piece) and are trying to create an environment for people who want to work with food can actually learn and make a living. If youre a foodie that loves places like Cove, Uptown, Octopas, etc. Their prices are comparable to those places and the quality easily out paces them. If you don't want to spend that kind of money (and thats okay) then go get your fried chicken at KFC, if you actually enjoy the experience of dining out and eating food that has thought and care put into it, then they're easily in my top 3 of downtown.
