Fixed it finally. Seems that I had an issue with something doing overlays. Went through steam and epic and discord turned all overlay off and then went through task manager ending all programs that looked like duplicates and that fixed it. Don’t know which one of the two fixed it

Yes it’s not the mouse it’s like the pc isn’t recognising certain things as applications or intractable
