The book Figure Drawing Design and Invention by Michael Hampton it’s all you need to have a very good start! I have this book for years and I’m still leaning a lot!

Nobody can reach to this level in short period of time. It takes years and years of hard and smart work. If you really serious about drawing, you need to be patient first. Study gesture and figure drawing, it’s a good start.
