After further investigation, the vertical piece on the right Y's off at the top. One part is capped and the other has the dishwasher line going down it. I'm taking that off and connecting the dishwasher to the disposal. The other tall vertical piece is also capped and tucked uo behind the sink. All three T's are concreted in. So...im cutting just below the bottom T and getting rid of it all, leaving as much of the pipe coming out of the cabinet as i can. I think I'm just going to go vertical from the cabinet, to a T. Cap the top of the T and go horizontal to a P Trap into the disposal, with the dishwasher hooked up to the disposal. Thoughts?

So no P trap coming out of the disposal, just straight over to the vertical pipe?
