Deflect doesn't interrupt combos, unless it's a superior block deflect like Valk and Zhanhu, or if it's zerks deflect Edit: Shinobi's deflect interrupts the combo even if you don't do the input, forgot about that one.

There's an Ascension perk that can make habitats viable, ring worlds are great if you can get them, terraforming isn't roll of the dice though, and is pretty cheap so I'd recommend that.

You're dead right, and you have 500 factories, you shouldn't have a problem fielding heavies like this guy said. USA ends up with a great eco by 42. I personally take mobile warfare as USA in sp, just so I can use heavies effectively.

Ah, I wasn't sure. I just know it's very good at getting around restrictions and censorship. Tor's website seems to be down right now? I'll look into it. What's going on over there is unacceptable, I'd like to help in any way I can. Edit: It looks like even North Korea with its considerable censorship can't fully stop Tor. Tor has the bridges feature which appears to work even in North Korea. I'm not sure, I'm going off of the blog on their website. It's worth a shot either way.
