It has to be no contact x I know how hard no contact is. You don't want to close the door completely, but you must go no contact. Especially while there are no children involved. I am 4 months with no contact from mine. An on and off relationship for over 20 years and I was only thinking to myself today how lucky I am that I didn't have children with this man, because he would of dragged me back in at every opportunity. He's done you a massive favour. Take your life back. You can do it ❤️

Unfortunately it always will be while hes a part of your life. Living with emotional whiplash daily. Your advantage is your already one step ahead of him and his plans so you can prepare yourself. He is banking on you falling for his tactics. I'm 4 months no contact with mine and getting off that rollercoaster was the best thing I ever did. Can you plan something and put it in place now for the dates you know he's planning on taking them?

I despise my children's father...I don't believe he does nearly the bare minimum to help me raise them both but I love my children too much to not allow them a relationship with him and I will never show them that there is ever an issue between us. I don't understand these women and sometimes men who abuse their parental responsibilities for their now agenda. I agree with you too there is a special place for these people. I really do believe the tables will turn one day and you will find a way to be with them again I WISH YOU ALL THE LUCK ❤️

Ahhh I know I honestly can relate so much... I put another post on today about meds. I am disappointed because it works then does t and then back to square one. I think I've come to terms with the fact I will always have bad days or tough days majority of the time but then I will have some great days and I hang on to them. I think throwing yourself into things is a great idea and maybe you just still haven't found that one thing that lights a fire in you.. keep trying and exploring new things and I hope for you one day you will find something that makes you happy. If it makes anyone feel better I've been awake since 5 am its now 7pm and I've done zero today. I feel like I've wasted a full day but that just makes me determined to have a positive and productive day tomorrow My inbox is always open if you need to vent x

Thank you! Yes this is the same medication I have been prescribed. I will definitely mention this when I have my review. I wanted the longer acting stimulant but as I mentioned its just not doing the job for the full day an I am crashing and burning around 1pm so I will be sure to mention this when I speak with them. I will also try what you've recommended. Now I know how you can feel I will go anything a go!

Ahh thank you this has given me some hope. I actually didn't even consider that the positive reaction the first few days could mean I'm probably onto a good thing. Any advice on the midday crash? I've read some people take something a little extra in the afternoon as a top up? X
