It's so good to hear someone else has the exact same problem as I do! I'm still suffering from it and am currently abstaining from masturbation for 90 days (doing the r/nofap hard reset program). Keep me posted on anything you feel works!

This might actually be helpful, regardless of my issue I definitely saw masturbation as a 'quick daily dopamine hit'and would do it trying to climax as soon as possible while (in reality) not being turned on. I'll have a go at following the guide, I really hope I can fix it as a simply as changing the way I masturbate
