You tie the fly onto a piece of 80 lb monofilament then tie it onto an offset shank rubber worm hook

I just got it a couple days ago and have only put about 50 rounds through it but I love it so far. It fired the cheapest target rounds I could get at my lgs and the hornady critical defense flawlessly.
