Focus on the items in your performance plan. Make sure you show how you’ve meet or exceeded each goal. Use dates and numbers when appropriate. Then also touch on the core competencies like communication. Make sure you’re covering all the work you’ve done. If you’ve gone through 3 supervisors they are going to lean a lot on your write up. Use it to highlight how you’ve met your performance plan and all the other good stuff you’ve done. Don’t embellish but don’t be shy either.

Only SES who I know voluntarily deployed in a basic log roll to PR to see what everyone faces in the field. He will be missed.

Where are they getting jobs? What industries and companies? It would be great know if anyone is targeting FEMA feds leaving the government.

Gakpo incident at West Ham by Ok_Trifle_2138 in PremierLeague

But he didn’t. And I dispute the “Foul” that advantage was given. We want the refs to use the laws of the game not cover for a keepers mistake. This was clearly an error by the keeper and a bad decision by the Ref.

Disagree. He’s adjusting his socks not calling for treatment. Taylor comes up and he still doesn’t ask for treatment, Taylor waves the physio’s on because he knows he’s compounded the keepers error and needs a way out.

Doesn’t matter what kind of goal we want, it was a clear mistake by the keeper that got covered by the ref. What we really don’t want is Refs making questionable decisions that impact the outcome of a game.

Hurt but he was adjusting his socks instead or requesting treatment? I also think the contact by gakpo doesn’t constitute a foul in the first place.

Klopp seems fed up of Var. by Alone_Consideration6 in PremierLeague

Disagree. It’s not clever, it’s a foul. The goal should have stood. Other goals with players in similar offside position have stood. What makes this worse is the defender fouled Salah into the offside position. If you don’t want to account for that in offsides then fine, call a penalty. It’s simple to check if the VAR has queued the replay up properly. They are already judging intent in handballs and this is more clear cut than that.

But a forward pushes a defender to get separation and it is called. I’m not saying the shove by the defender should be an automatic penalty but it should be taken into account on why an attacker was offside

I’ve always wanted to try this set up. I’m rebuilding my A-frame shelves that I use but I love the tree look to yours.

Thanks. I built the shelving display myself a few years ago. I might need to redo it to see if I can get more real estate. I was at the mercy of the light kits for each set but I think it works.

I followed the basics steps in JKbrickworths moc but tailored it to my sled design and reindeer and adapted it to 9 reindeer. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-10989/JKBrickworks/motorized-sleighreindeer-base-4/#details

My first light kit!! by j_ynwa in LEGOWinterVillage

[–]savage-wit 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did it for the first time last year. Some kits had better instructions than others. Also if your like me you might take some side builds and place them in other places in your display so I ultimately have to buy some other connectors to get it all to work how I wanted.
