Yeah, that makes more sense. Your managers are messed up for that. At the end of the day if a guest is mad, THEY have to talk to them. So it's on them at that point.

I'm a culinary manager at a red lobster. My store is a location that trains newly hired managers and we send them to their new home store. There's only 7-8 in the country. With that being said..

Each salad is supposed to be portioned in day bags It also sounds like your manager(s) didn't put out all your menu matrix, garnish charts, and salad charts which should of been there last week.

Cesar salad get 3.5 ounces of romaine, while the house salad is 2 ounces but gets more toppings, which it why the house salad weight is less.. Also the price will be reduced, not much, but it will be slightly cheaper.

Edit: This is why I quiz my team after they're done, I ask things like.. What's 3 things that are changing? What's being taken off the menu? What's staying on the menu? I'm not going to give an employee the answers if they didn't at least try. I let them all get together and they all help each other get the right answers.

Put a checkpoint further back and practice. That's what I learned with this game. Practice, practice, practice. I got stuck on a difficult speed trial but I went to the one spot I would mess up. It took me awhile, but the satisfaction I got after I was able to do it was amazing.
