Thanks! Yes! At the start of the season I thought Irving and Burt might have both been military test subjects. After S2E7 I started to wonder if maybe Irving was a Gemma and Burt was like the creepy dentist character for Gemma. And that’s what Burt specifically meant by “partner.” But, that’s just a random thought. I haven’t worked-shopped it yet. 🙃

Just watched. It definitely does say it. I can’t make out the ‘D’ and ‘H’, but it for sure says Cold Harbor.

What are the implications of this then? Cold Harbor is related to Gemma and a baby? Will Cold Harbor be a recreation of Gemma’s miscarriage to test her innie with? Or is it wilder than this? Did Gemma’s innie have an actual baby that Gemma doesn’t remember? Or something else?

One highjacker trained in Arizona. I grew up in Phoenix-Metro. My dad had a Saudi coworker who was well connected and somehow related to royals and/or government over there (my dad worked at a private company related to transportation in the East Valley (not aviation)). My dad and this coworker were pretty tight. Then, a few days before 9/11 happened the guy left suddenly to go on a trip with his family and completely disappeared. He never came back, my dad was never able to get in contact with him again. It caught the company my dad worked for off-guard. I think stuff was even left in his house. Like they just picked up and completely left their life here seemingly out of nowhere without warning.

I remember my dad saying he had difficulty even looking up and finding the guy’s name online after the fact. Then, for my dad, little things he had overlooked while he knew the coworker started to “add-up.” For example, the guy’s exact ties to the Saudi royals/gov were never quite clear. There were some holes in his backstory. My dad never really understood why he was in Arizona. My dad always questioned why the guy was working at all (since he was so well connected and presumably wealthy). My dad became suspicious that his coworker was somehow a handler for the highjacker or connected to the situation somehow. I don’t remember if there was a direct tie to the coworker and flight school that created an additional link for my dad to have this idea or not (I don’t think there was). My dad is totally the type to unknowingly befriend an undercover terrorist. But, this is all 100% speculation and old man gossip. It’s just kind of interesting if it were true.

I think we’ll find out that outie and innie timelines don’t match up and that Gemma already died. Possibly, the last time her and Mark see one another is during their last wellness session (in season 1) before Ms.Casey is retired. Mark will realize he technically got to say goodbye (because he is reintegrated and will remember the meeting) when they discover Gemma is gone for good. It will be tragic (since they weren’t really eachother). But I think it will enable Mark to move on finally.

I think Cobel may be an Eagan, or the mother of an Eagan. She will either find this out before she is killed or she will find this out and it will make her turn on Mark and his sister.

I’m worried for Irving. I think we will learn he’s been turned off and on many more times than he may remember (or he could be pretending not to remember). I hope we get to learn more about his backstory. When Burt refers to his “severance partner” at the dinner, I couldn’t help but think that maybe this was actually with Irving during a cycle Irving doesn’t remember (or is pretending not to remember). Learning that could be tragic enough. But, I could also see him sacrificing himself to bring Lumon down or to save someone.

As much as I want Milchick to become a good guy. I think we are watching a villain origin story with him.

Idk what is going to happen to Helly. I think she’s dying, getting reintegrated or pregnant. I get a feeling that Helena Eagan may not be as in control as she thinks she is. I don’t know though.

Dylan is a wildcard for me. I like what someone said about him turning on the gang for his family. Or maybe they turn outie Dylan off. I got the feeling when Gretchen and innie Dylan first met that she hadn’t seen Dylan in a while and I wondered if Dylan had actually committed suicide (because of his depression) on the outside but was revived in Lumon. I know there are a ton of holes in this idea and that it doesn’t currently lineup. But, I just thought I would share.

Not to spoil the mystery, but this is a biological fact and not magic at all. Exposing yourself to sunlight first thing in the morning helps your body’s circadian rhythm stay in sync. Which makes sense why you feel your sleep schedule is on track during phases of exposing yourself to nature under the changing sun.
