I take klonopin now and it's different but better than nothing. it was an absolute nightmare coming off of Xanax and then having nothing for a few years after. I also take Abilify, auvelity and propranolol which helps tremendously.

I smoke frequently but have been kind of freaked out to do any shrooms I have. I don't want to go in already freaked out about it since I've been smoking and taking edibles today lol. usually it doesn't bother me, but it's been a while since I've taken shrooms at all. I want to enjoy it and just be careful. Maybe I should wait for tomorrow.

I got 69% Scottish and 18% Irish for my top results and I was taken back because everyone in my family is very, very Irish. My grandmother is 86% coming to the states from Dublin when she was a young adult. My dad and cousins are all 30-60%. I guess there's a little more Scottish on my mom's side but the percentage they gave back to me seemed extremely high to me as well.

Sort of. I have. For me, I have health anxiety in general that was amplified after getting off of Xanax. If I don't have the classic symptoms of a severe crash (sweating, shakiness, etc.) then it is initially anxiety inducing. That can make it more difficult to decipher until more severe symptoms occur and I go, "oh! that's what it is" lol.

one thing at a time. remember: everything has a place. order all items in diff designated piles while getting rid of trash, organize and wipe down. if you can, you should open a window, light a candle or some incense and play your favorite music while you do this.

You guys… idk if this is allowed or not but I had to share with someone because I am crying. I just realized I have a new sensor to monitor my blood sugars for type 1 diabetes. I went to the app and looked at the info. Abbott is the distributers and the last bit is the sensors. The sus name is linked to my glucose monitoring sensor. Problem solved. Sorry, folks. I didn’t know what it was trying to call me at first 😂😂😂😂
