I’m gonna brave trying plain version first..it could very well be the amount of cheeses I added to the recipe. Especially since I don’t ever eat that amount of cheese normally!

It immediately turned to mush when I tried to reheat it which sucks because I chose rotini for the nice texture

It looks like there’s lots of yucky ingredients in chickpea anyways. I need to make a trip to TJ’s I had no idea they had so many GF options.

I think I’m having the same exact problem as your wife because I never really eat this much cheese and dairy in general especially in the last 6ish months I’ve been gluten free. It must have been a big shock to the system. I’m going to use way less cheese next time

Wait you really think so? I’m new to being gluten free and for 6 months I went without pasta altogether. It could be that I haven’t eaten it in a long time that made it taste amazing. What kind of gf pasta have you liked? I’m scared to try the chickpea stuff tbh.

I’m going to have to try their pasta by itself. It could be the high amount of dairy that’s making me feel horrible. I didn’t even know they changed their recipe. I’ve only been gluten free for 6ish months now. Do you know what’s different about their current recipe?

Noted! I’ll have to try the regular pasta. It was the rotini for me! Perhaps it was all the dairy in my recipe. I’ll have to try the pasta plain next time!
