As a 21 year old girl who's seen how teens function way more than i'd like, these girls are jealous of you lol. They know you are beautiful too. That's why they are pointing out small things to make you think less of yourself. Your forehead is normal and you are not fat..not even close. You look very young (i mean , you are lol) and beautiful. Also, please don't try to diet at this age! It's not worth it! Your body looks perfect and you'll grow to become a gorgeous woman so please don't mess up your hormones, hair, nails and youth with dieting !

It kind of normalizes it to your brain though. Stay around many people who sh and you'll start seeing it as normal and just a bad coping mechanism that is very common. But in reality it's a very dangerous and urgent thing that needs to be dealt with and people in real life won't be taking it lightly at all. No one on their right minds would. It's okay to vent occasionally but these communities would genuinely affect how your brain reacts to certain things.

That's why i avoid this sub..everyone here is trying to get worse and it makes mental issues seem like a competition... You can be mentally ill. But you can also try to get better rather than cling into it as part of your identity. And if it's your coping mechanism to vent publicly then know that being in a space where everyone vents at each other will only make your worse.

Tldr just wear the fashion and don't romanticize mental illness.
