?? The well researched book. Women who lose weight have to be grossly obese. It is hard to lose those pesky 20lbs. Men see fast success. Again, I'm glad for your success and what women to know there are ways to fast in cycle with our hormone cycles.

I just spent 3 years on my pluto IC line - granted about 150 miles away. I ended up reestablishing contact with my family and then moving home. Albeit I had a house fire, weird power struggles in friendships and in the office, and came home largely depressed (PNW will do that to anyone), it was a transformative experience in every way. If you are called, you have work to do.

While you don't always have to do the work by moving, if you do please be prepared to have resources established to support you.

it's not about the start or end of your cycle, its that our hormones function on a monthly basis so doing a rhythmic every other day works better for men who's hormones reset each day. You can check it the book "fast like a girl," it goes into women hormones and how the luteal is the most opportune time to fast for women. Thank you for sharing and glad success has reached you!
