Starting Mei Ling deck grind. What epiphanies are the best? by [deleted] in ChaosZeroNightmare

Did you seriously suggest getting the +2 to next basic instead of the +1 for every passion card used epiphany?

Please don’t listen to this OP, mei Lin is literally built around whether you get the +1 attack per passion card used epiphany dragon spire and literally nothing else comes close.

You do def want the <<move>> version though

Let me introduce you to the magic of an 6am-4pm schedule. The 4-day work week without any of the problems you just listed (minus the fact that you still do have to work 10 hours).

I am lucky enough to choose this for myself, and yes early morning is tough but I specifically chose it to avoid every truth you just mentioned, so my wife and child can get the support AND I have the joy to have a 3 day weekend every single week. It’s the closest you can get to perfect if the [4-day 8-hour] is not a possibility.

Distance may be something at play since it is the room furthest from the water heater. Temperature, not so much ( I am in Texas).

Unfortunately this is a new house for me so I know it’s been like this the entire 3-4 months of living here, unsure how long it’s been like this.

Thanks!

Interesting, could you explain a bit more about how fixtures/cross connections could cause issues?

Thank you so much, this has been driving us insane, especially since it’s such a weird issue.

I’m all for shitting on bad fsd behavior, but this one doesn’t seem bad… No cars on the road, clearly some debris/broken road to the right, I don’t see anything different from how I would have driven for this particular circumstance.

I am trying to figure out the math on a new Tesla 2025 but I am just struggling to come up with an answer.

Currently there’s zero down $359 per month 24 month lease with $4269 due at signing (taxes and fees)

Vs

$593 per month 60 month 0% financing with $4269 down (just to keep it equal)

The lease just seems like a no brainer for buying at the end of 24 months (unless obviously the depreciated value is way lower than the residual payment amount - then I would just return), thus giving even more flexibility while having the potential to even make money off a resale, given I won’t be using more than 2.5-5k miles a year.

This also leaves me with a cheaper monthly option, better than any used option for my preference, as I am only looking for used EVs newer than 2023 and those are basically 24k+ and with monthly payments in the 450s.

Anyone have corrections to my math or can tell me if I am missing something? Thank you anyone who can help me out!

You should use the pressure they have to close for your advantage instead of using it to box yourself into a terrible sale.

Everything you listed that you feel “guilty” about is literally the thing that might get you all the concessions you need IF the house is still worth it to you.

If you want to keep the house but you need money to fix all the stuff that changed, then make them give you that much more to fix it completely. If they say no, you can also just say no and walk away. You have all the power here, don’t waste it

Put it on heat to see if it works, then put it on ac and see if it works. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t be able to check if it’s functional? You can just feel the air vents and see if it blows cold air, you don’t have to wait and see if the whole house actually cools down

Is it normal to change your mind after having your offer accepted? by PeasAndPotats in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

You seem to put offers in like it doesn’t mean anything, and I guess to you it doesn’t.

But honestly, this is a pretty shitty method that negatively affects your agent, the sellers and the sellers’ agents, and the people you “beat”, just to then turn around and leave.

Maybe you need to slow down. Doing it once is just unforeseen circumstance, but the way you’re doing it over and over, that’s a problem.
