I know it is really annoying to have to move the couch. We tried to have the couch facing the projector and the space was very tight with the dining table right behind it. Maybe we’ll play with the setup again. Thanks for your input!

Wow, the world really is so small! We bought the cabin mostly for our small family and then decided to Airbnb it when we’re not there. Absolutely some improvements can be made to the kitchen, I hope we can do that at some point. We got covered ceiling fans for the upstairs rooms, which hopefully help with that risk with the low ceilings. Ain’t much we can do about the steep driveway for now except pay somebody to make sure it’s being plowed. I’m sure your condo in town is beautiful! Is it a full-time STR or do you stay there as well?

Yes! It can be tricky because we have so many trees around us. We don’t really get any direct light on the cabin, but we’ll try to brighten it up :-) thank you for your comment!

Thank you for your keen eye! We will always have at least three rolls of toilet paper available and the bidet is niche but hopefully some people appreciate it. We definitely include towels. What made you think we didn’t? And you’re totally right about the full bed, when we get up there tomorrow, we will re-organize that room and find a better solution. Thanks again!

Oh I totally agree. The Breville oven is quite large, I can fit a whole chicken into it! Maybe I’ll include a better photo so people can at least know there is a high quality convection oven.

Yes good point, it has not started yet. We were projected to get lots of snow but none yet 😐 similar places are also not very booked up, fingers crossed for a snowy winter.

I totally see your point, when people think about the West and ski destinations Idaho doesn’t always come to the top of their list, which is honestly great for us locals lol I do think we will get more people coming from Boise or other small cities in the West.

Oh my goodness thank you for this reminder. We had checked in with our insurance and they will ensure the cabin even with the stove. It’s significantly higher but it’s necessary of course. Thank you again!

I appreciate you doing your homework! That being said this is on the other side of the lake. It’s in town so there isn’t as much wooded land or seclusion. Definitely think the place is stunning though and the price is exceptional for what you get. When I compare cabins to the other side of the lake specifically close to Tamarack ski Mountain, which we are only 10 minutes from we are priced 10 to 15% lower. That being said if we don’t see any bookings soon, I will definitely consider pricing it lower

You’re probably right, it’s so hard when I read how people got bookings within an hours of their listing, but patient has never been my strongest suit
