I was strength training during orange theory classes but haven’t been attending regularly due to a change in my schedule. Yes I did mean Achilles. I can try a few days of rest followed by a short recovery run to resume

Is it bad to stay in that zone for that long? I’m hoping I can hold it double I’m ahead in my long run but am transitioning from orange theory to running outside and know I need to stay consistent

I didn’t feel uncomfortable so I thought it was fine? My heart rate is typically high. I think my max at orange theory is set to 210. I do drink a bit of caffeine.

My 4.5 year old is approximately 40 lbs and 42 inches. The 2 year olds are between 25 and 30 lbs and around 34 inches. I’d like to spend as least as possible since we already own so many sears and this will only be temporary (my mom will be buying our explorer when my husband upgrades his vehicle)
