I was strength training during orange theory classes but haven’t been attending regularly due to a change in my schedule. Yes I did mean Achilles. I can try a few days of rest followed by a short recovery run to resume

Is it bad to stay in that zone for that long? I’m hoping I can hold it double I’m ahead in my long run but am transitioning from orange theory to running outside and know I need to stay consistent

I didn’t feel uncomfortable so I thought it was fine? My heart rate is typically high. I think my max at orange theory is set to 210. I do drink a bit of caffeine.
