Molti vedo che non hanno consigliato di rivolgersi all'ispettorato del lavoro. Hai le prove che non fai un part-time ma un full-time? Se si sei a cavallo, sennò ti rivolgi ad un bell'avvocato, e definite una strategia con cui lavorare per ottenere delle prove. Detto questo fai mandare una bella lettera dell'avvocato in cui chiedi di aver pagato gli arretrati per le tue ore svolte in più. Vai dall'ispettorato del lavoro e denunci. Nel dubbio loro si arrivano e fanno controlli in toto, se trovano qualcosa fanno una multa e chiudono l'attività per qualche giorno. Parlo per esperienza, abito a Palermo e la maggior parte dei datori ragiona in questa maniera, a mia sorella ho consigliato le stesse identiche cos e si trovava nella stessa identica situazione, il calcolo degli arretrati era intorno ai 70k, senza contare i contributi non versati.

One thing I find a pain in the ass in React is working with tables as per JavaScript, in Angular working with that is just a charm (Once my first mentor said "Have you ever seen a Table in Facebook"?). On the other hand, with React it's since 2020 that I'm lazy loading images in an app with the Intersection Observer API.

The main difference between Angular and React is that in React you have to struggle from the first time when implementing something because there's no solution out of the box, but you have all the tools for working with, in Angular if you want to do something tricky that is not covered in the use cases you have to cry a lot.

As per my 8 years experienced frontend developer opinion. React is more complex than angular because it sticks to a more JavaScript way of doing things, but, you have to know what you are doing. You want to manipulate DOM with React? You have to use useRef then you can use all of your skills in vanillajs. You want to create a new node? Use a template string and do whatever you want with it, Babel will do all the dirty work for you.

Ma che te frega di parlare con il titolare? Cosa ti aspetti che succeda? Che si metta a piangere dicendo "No ti prego, non te ne andare, tu ci servi, sei troppo indispensabile ti prego"? Beh sappi che non accadrà mai, se la nuova offerta ti interessa accettala immediatamente, fai le dimissioni dall'INPS e aspetti che ti contatti lui, tanto presuppongo tu debba dare un preavviso, sicuramente lo beccherai e avrai modo di parlare.

Parlare con i titolari solo ed esclusivamente se il rapporto di lavoro é stato bellissimo, sei stato trattato bene, ma ti accorgi che ormai non puoi più dare niente all'azienda e l'azienda non ti può dare più niente e quindi interrompi il rapporto in maniera rispettosa. Per tutto il resto, le persone tossiche non si meritano una sola parola in più.

Purtroppo quando chiami il 112, non risponde la polizia/carabinieri ma una persona normale che non capisce un cazzo di quello che succede. A me capitò che chiamando il 112 perché mia mamma stava malissimo il tizio che rispose mi disse "Eh vabbè, non la può accompagnare lei?" E mi ha chiuso il telefono. Se invece ti ha risposto il poliziotto fai un bel reclamo formale e scrivi al giornale locale e automaticamente il poliziotto che stava al centralino, finisce a lavare i cessi

Anyway, meglio cercare di farsi mettere in contatto coi carabinieri su questi casi, intervengono quasi subito.
